Qulubana is a peer-reviewed national journal, available in print and online and published twice a year in November and May. Qulubana Journal is published by the Yogyakarta Integrated STAI Da'wah Management Study Program since 2020. This journal is a forum for scientific publications in developing concepts and theories related to Da'wah Management including: Modern Management of Mosques and Pesantren, Management of Islamic Financial Institutions, Management of Zakat Ummah (Zakat, Infak, Alms, and Waqf), Traveler Management (Hajj, Umrah, Pilgrimage) and Islamic community organizations.

SALIHA merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh STAI Terpadu Yogyakarta. Jurnal SALIHA terbit pada bulan Januari dan Juli. Tujuan utama penerbitan ini adalah sebagai wadah publikasi artikel ilmiah, hasil penelitian, dan studi kasus yang terkait dengan bidang Pendidikan Islam termasuk Pendidikan Islam Dasar dan Menengah, serta Isu-isu Pendidikan Islam Nasional dan Internasional.
