This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the quality of education at MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan, using a descriptive qualitative approach and content analysis method. Data were obtained through documentation, interviews, and direct observation, which were then analyzed based on the main themes related to best come, best process, and the application of CBT (Computer-Based Test). The focus of this research is on educational strategies that combine science and technology-based curriculum with IMTAQ (Faith and Taqwa), as well as efforts to develop student achievement through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program and science olympiads. The results show that MAN Insan Cendekia Pekalongan's success in producing quality graduates is influenced by the implementation of transparent education management, an integrated curriculum, and support for student achievement at the national and international levels. In addition, CBT-based assessment increases the effectiveness of the education evaluation process. The strengthening of spiritual values through the tahfidz Al-Qur'an program also plays an important role in shaping the character of excellent students, not only in academic but also in moral aspects. This study illustrates the importance of a holistic approach in improving the quality of education and provides recommendations for further development in the aspects of education management and an integrated curriculum.
