This study aims to describe how the Tahfidz Class Program is implemented at SMPN 3 Karangmoncol. The background of this program lies in the negative perception among some community members who consider public schools to lack quality in religious education, despite the surrounding community being highly religious. The implementation of this program is both a response to community needs and an effort to improve the quality of education in a school located far from the city center. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects include the school principal, program mentors, students, and parents involved in the program. Based on data analysis, the program is carried out in four phases: Tasmi’ (listening to memorization), Tahsin (improving recitation), Tahfidz (memorization), and Muraja’ah (revision of memorization). The program takes place three times a week in the morning before regular classes begin. Reporting is conducted digitally through the Google Form platform. Supporting factors of the program include effective management practices across planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. The support of the principal and parents, teacher competence, and the use of appropriate technology have all motivated students to participate actively in the program. However, challenges still exist, such as the limited number of Tahfidz teachers, the lack of specific training for them, and weak internet access. The program has shown positive impacts, including the development of students' religious character and the improved public image of the school as one with quality religious education. One of the indicators of success is the increasing number of new student enrollments in the current academic year. This program is considered successful in enhancing educational quality based on Islamic values in a remote school setting.
