Effective management of student achievement data has become an essential requirement for higher education institutions in supporting academic services, institutional promotion, and strengthening academic reputation. However, the management of student achievements often faces challenges, including fragmented data collection systems and the suboptimal utilization of information technology. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Outstanding Student Information Management System through the Web Mapres platform, examine its effectiveness in supporting the management and publication of student achievements, and identify challenges encountered during its implementation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the administrators of the Web Mapres system. The findings reveal that Web Mapres plays a significant role in facilitating the documentation and dissemination of student achievements in a more structured and systematic manner. The platform functions not only as an information medium that is widely accessible but also as a strategic tool for recognizing students' accomplishments, enhancing academic community motivation, fostering a positive competitive culture, and strengthening the institution's branding and academic identity. Nevertheless, the implementation of the system still faces several challenges, particularly limited human resources in the field of information technology and the suboptimal performance of certain supporting features. This study contributes empirical insights into the development of information systems for Outstanding students in higher education and may serve as a reference for developing more innovative, professional, and sustainable systems in the future
