This study aims to analyze the influence of infrastructure facilities and work environment on the performance of kindergarten teachers in Jelutung District, Jambi City. The research used a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method. The research sample amounted to 49 kindergarten teachers who were selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a closed questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out through Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that infrastructure facilities and work environment were in the "good" category, while teachers' performance was in the "high" category. The results of the regression test showed that infrastructure facilities and work environment had a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on teacher performance. Adequate infrastructure supported the effectiveness of early childhood learning, while a conducive work environment increases teacher comfort, motivation, and professionalism. These findings confirm that improving the quality of educational facilities and creating a positive work environment are strategic factors in improving the performance of kindergarten teachers. This research is expected to be the basis for PAUD managers and policymakers in designing school development programs and improving the quality of early childhood education.
