This study was motivated by the importance of da'wah management in improving mosque prosperity. The aim of this research was to describe the implementation of da'wah management in enhancing the prosperity of Al-Falah Mosque, Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings show that mosque prosperity is supported by weekly financial accountability, zakat management as a facilitator, funding diversification, worship-based human resource empowerment, and idarah and imarah strategies adapted to the mosque’s local conditions. These findings indicate that mosque prosperity can be achieved through transparent, participatory, and sustainable da'wah governance. This study implies that simple but consistent da'wah management can serve as a model for mosque administration in local contexts.
