The digital age has brought about changes in various aspects of society, including religious life and da'wah, thereby requiring adaptive management of da'wah institutions to sustain their da'wah efforts. The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of the Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah da'wah institution in Medan in sustaining its da'wah efforts in the digital age, as well as to identify the challenges and opportunities involved. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method through in-depth interviews with informants, observation, and documentation of digital da'wah programs. The results indicate management through the digitally integrated POAC functions: planning da'wah programs and selecting digital platforms, organizing da'wah program tasks and playlist systems, implementing complementary conventional and digital da'wah, and oversight through coordination with the Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah Da'wah Council of North Sumatra. Opportunities include expanding reach through digital platforms, structured coordination, and the potential of alumni as da'i. Meanwhile, challenges include limited human resources, influencers with insufficient religious knowledge, and the balance between conventional and digital da'wah.
