Analysis of the Influence of Arisan Ukhuwah and SiRela Savings on KSPPS Member Loyalty

Abstract

The sustainability of Sharia-based Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSPPS) is heavily influenced by the institution's ability to maintain member loyalty through products that offer benefits and convenience while adhering to Sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Arisan Ukhuwah product and SiRela savings on member loyalty at KSPPS Bina Martabat Insani Yogyakarta, examining both individual and simultaneous effects. A quantitative approach using a survey method was employed. The study population consisted of 827 Arisan Ukhuwah product members, with a sample of 70 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that the *Arisan Ukhuwah* product has a positive and significant effect on member loyalty, with a calculated t-value of 5.660 and a significance level of 0.000. SiRela savings also demonstrated a positive and significant effect on member loyalty, with a calculated t-value of 7.096 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, both the Arisan Ukhuwah product and SiRela savings positively and significantly influenced member loyalty, yielding a calculated F-value of 136.791 and a significance level of 0.000. These findings highlight that product innovation, transaction convenience, product benefits, and adherence to Sharia principles are crucial factors in strengthening KSPPS member loyalty. Consequently, developing products aligned with member needs—supported by quality service and compliance with Sharia principles—can serve as a strategy to enhance the loyalty and sustainability of KSPPS Bina Martabat Insani Yogyakarta.
