Abstract

This study aims to provide healthy food education and food additive awareness to school children in the village of Pulosari, Ponorogo. The background of the research addresses the importance of nutritional knowledge among children and the impact of food choices on their health. The research methodology involves educational workshops and practical demonstrations on the preparation and benefits of Butterfly Pea Flower herbal tea. The findings indicate improved awareness and knowledge among children regarding healthy food choices and the benefits of natural additives. The research contributes to empowering children with essential nutritional knowledge, promoting healthier dietary habits early in life.
