The Influence of Full Day School System Management on Student Academic Achievement

This research was conducted to find Islamic education through the full-day school policy at Senior High School Terpadu Dampasan. Full day school system is an education policy established by the Minister of Education and Culture, Muhadjir Effendy, through Government Regulation No. 23 or 2017. However, the system has not been implemented in all schools; Senior High School Terpadu Dampasan has implemented the full day school system first. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative approach, data collected through observation and interviews with several sources. The results of this study show that: (1) Effective management, through integrated curriculum development and flexible scheduling, can increase student participation and motivation to learn. (2) A well-managed full day school system not only supports academic achievement but also develops students' discipline and sense of responsibility. (3) The implementation of this system can improve academic achievement through longer learning time and support from parents, as well as a holistic approach that involves cooperation between students, teachers and parents as the key to educational success.
